  • Registration Validity: Registration is confirmed only after Accurate MED Healthcare Services receives the full payment.
  • Refund Policy:
    • Applicants are eligible for a 50% refund if the payment is fully made and the cancellation request is submitted at least 7 days before the workshop begins.
    • No refund is available if the cancellation is made within 7 days of the workshop's start date.
  • Cancellation Process: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to: accountant@accuratemedhcs.com
  • No Show Policy: No refunds will be provided for no-shows without prior notice.
  • Installment Plan Students:
    • Students enrolled through installment plans (e.g., Tabby, TAMARA, Toothpick) are not eligible for refunds.
    • Such students are responsible for any outstanding balances on their installment plans.
  • Reservation and Down Payment Policy:
    • Reservation fees and down payments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid for 7 days from the reservation date.
    • No refunds will be given if a student withdraws from the program for any reason.

Terms & Conditions for LASER Students:

  • Examination Failure: Candidates who fail the examination must re-apply, pay a fee of AED 500, and retake the examination.
  • Certificate Issuance: The Laser Competence Certificate will be issued only once. If the certificate is lost, a new one will be issued for a fee of AED 200.
