Registration Validity: Registration is confirmed only after Accurate MED Healthcare Services receives the full payment.
Refund Policy:
Applicants are eligible for a 50% refund if the payment is fully made and the cancellation request is submitted at least 7 days before the workshop begins.
No refund is available if the cancellation is made within 7 days of the workshop's start date.
Cancellation Process:
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to: accountant@accuratemedhcs.com
No Show Policy:
No refunds will be provided for no-shows without prior notice.
Installment Plan Students:
Students enrolled through installment plans (e.g., Tabby, TAMARA, Toothpick) are not eligible for refunds.
Such students are responsible for any outstanding balances on their installment plans.
Reservation and Down Payment Policy:
Reservation fees and down payments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid for 7 days from the reservation date.
No refunds will be given if a student withdraws from the program for any reason.
Terms & Conditions for LASER Students:
Examination Failure:
Candidates who fail the examination must re-apply, pay a fee of AED 500, and retake the examination.
Certificate Issuance:
The Laser Competence Certificate will be issued only once. If the certificate is lost, a new one will be issued for a fee of AED 200.
